Chicken Balsamic Caprese Panini
ingredients
- 8 slices of sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup balsamic glaze
- 1 lb fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 lb grilled chicken slices
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Preheat a panini press or grill pan.

Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
- 3.
On the non-oiled side of 4 slices, layer mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and grilled chicken.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with the remaining slices, oiled side up.
- 5.
Grill each sandwich until golden and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy!
