This tantalizing parfait is perfect for a healthy breakfast or a midday snack. Layers of succulent Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and crunchy granola make for a deliciously satisfying treat without any artificial sugar or preservatives.
ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (optional)
steps

In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a glass, add a layer of granola followed by a layer of mixed berries.
