Stuffed Salmon Brie Spectacle

- 1 full salmon
- 4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 breadsticks

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and make a long, shallow cut down the center of the fish to create a pocket.

Open the pocket and stuff it with the sliced Brie cheese, gently pressing it down for even distribution.

Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, then sprinkle minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper evenly over the fish.

Poke breadsticks into the eyes of the fish, leaving a portion of each breadstick sticking out.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is melted and slightly bubbling.
