ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken wings
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup crushed sugar-free graham crackers
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray (olive oil or avocado oil)
- ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 sugar-free marshmallows, cut into small pieces
steps
- 1.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2.
In a bowl, mix almond flour, crushed graham crackers, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 3.
Dip each chicken wing into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly in the almond flour mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet and repeat for all wings.
- 4.
Lightly spray the coated wings with cooking spray to help achieve a golden crispness. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
- 5.
Meanwhile, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted. Set aside.
- 6.
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Drizzle the melted chocolate sauce over the wings and sprinkle the marshmallow pieces on top.
- 7.
Optional: Torch the marshmallow pieces with a kitchen torch to achieve a charred, campfire-like effect.
- 8.
Serve immediately and enjoy these delightful Campfire Crispy Wings!
