Caramel Date Coffee Pudding

- 2 cup pitted dates, soaked and chopped
- 2 cup boiling water
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
