Caribbean Spice Blast

- 1 tablespoon ground allspice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme

- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: allspice, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

In a separate bowl, mix the lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, scallions, minced garlic, jalapeño pepper, and grated ginger.
