Cherry Chill Pop Treats
ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon guar gum
- 1/4 teaspoon cellulose gum
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 2 tablespoons cherry powder

In a medium saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.

Add corn syrup and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the guar gum, cellulose gum, and xanthan gum. Slowly sprinkle the gum mixture into the warm syrup while continuously whisking to avoid clumping.

Stir in the cherry powder until evenly distributed. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
- 5.
Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, filling each to the top. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until fully set.
- 6.
To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy your Cherry Chill Bomb Pops!
