ingredients
- 1 cup almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 cup cashews, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
steps
- 1.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, pecans, and walnuts. Mix well and set aside.
- 3.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until everything is well combined and warmed through.
- 4.
Pour the honey mixture over the nut mixture and stir until all the nuts are evenly coated.
- 5.
Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming clusters.
- 6.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the clusters turn golden brown.
- 7.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet. As they cool, they will become chewy and stick together.
- 8.
Once cooled, carefully transfer the nut clusters to an airtight container for storage.
