- 2 gallons apple juice (not from concentrate)
- 1 gallon light malt extract
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- Zest of 1 large orange
- Zest of 1 large lemon
- 1 packet of brewery yeast (such as Safale US-05)
- 1 teaspoon priming sugar (for bottling, optional)
- Water (as needed)
