Juicy grilled chicken skewers marinated in a rich coconut milk sauce. A flavorful and creamy twist on classic satay.
ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water

In a bowl, combine coconut milk, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, curry powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
