Succulent scallops coated in a crispy Parmesan crust, pan-seared to perfection.
ingredients
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
