Refreshing bites bursting with summer flavors and fiber.
ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1/4 cup dried apricots
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
