Cosmic Ice Cream Adventure
ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup chocolate sauce
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
steps
- 1.
In a medium bowl, toss the quartered strawberries and blueberries with powdered sugar (if using). Set aside to let the natural juices release.
- 2.
Take 2 cups of vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream and scoop it into serving bowls or a large sundae dish.
- 3.
Drizzle ¼ cup of caramel sauce over the ice cream in each bowl.
- 4.
Spoon the prepared strawberries and blueberries generously over the ice cream and caramel.
- 5.
Carefully drizzle ¼ cup of chocolate sauce over the top of the berries and ice cream.
- 6.
Finish with a swirl of remaining caramel and chocolate sauces for an extra flavor kick.
