- 40 lbs all-purpose flour
- 5 lbs granulated sugar
- 2.5 lbs baking powder
- 2.5 lbs salt
- 10 lbs butter, cold and cubed
- 50 cups dried fruits (such as raisins, cranberries, and apricots), chopped
- 20 cups mixed nuts, chopped
- 45 cups milk
- 45 cups water

Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
