ingredients
- 1 cup green lentils
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
