- 2 cups cauliflower florets, riced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce, no sugar added
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)

Layer half of the marinara sauce over the cauliflower, then add half of the pepperoni, bell peppers, and remaining mozzarella cheese.

Repeat with the remaining cauliflower mixture, marinara, pepperoni, and veggies. Top with any leftover cheese.
