ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 juicy lemon, peeled and de-seeded
- 1/2 inch slice of ginger root
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4-5 ice cubes
