Chewy cookie bars loaded with gooey marshmallows and sweet butterscotch chips.
ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
