- 5 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup chocolate spread (such as Nutella)

In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture reaches a rolling boil.

Reduce the heat to low and cook the syrup for about 10 minutes, until it thickens slightly.
