PBJ Smoothie Swirl
ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp grape jelly
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
steps
- 1.
Blend yogurt, almond milk, and peanut butter until smooth.
- 2.
Pour half into a glass.
- 3.
Blend remaining mixture with grape jelly for swirls.
- 4.
Pour jelly mixture into the glass.
- 5.
Top with strawberries, banana, oats, and flaxseed.
- 6.
