- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the sesame seeds until fragrant and golden brown. Let cool.
