"Wassail with White Chocolate & Raspberry Alcohol: 2 bottles of Unspecified dry mead Chocolate: 2 cups of white chocolate chips Fruit: 2 cups of dried raspberries Citrus: 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1. In a pot, bring the mead to a gentle simmer and add the dried raspberries. Allow this to simmer for about 5 minutes until the raspberries have softened. 2. Move the pot off the heat and add the white chocolate chips and let this sit for a few minutes until melted. 3. Once the white chocolate chips have melted, stir everything together and add the lemon juice. 4. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth lined sieve and pour the mead into a clean container. 5. Allow the mixture to cool, and then store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks."
