- 1 lb sausage links
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup Brussel sprouts, halved
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- For the homemade sauce: 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 clove garlic minced, salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.

Place sausage, veggies, and Brussel sprouts on a sheet pan.

Drizzle with olive oil and half of the homemade sauce, sprinkle with spices. Toss to coat evenly.
