Juicy lamb chops with a blend of spicy and sweet flavors, paired with a tangy mango chutney. Perfect for a high-end dinner party or special occasion.
ingredients
- 8 lamb chops (1 inch thick)
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 ripe mango, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar

Preheat oven to 400°F. Season lamb chops with cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cinnamon.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Cook lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned.

Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until lamb is cooked to your liking.
