Tomato Cinnamon Pasta Stir-Fry
ingredients
- 8 oz noodles
- 1 cup strained tomato sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the noodles al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, sauté the onions until caramelized. Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute.

Add the strained tomato sauce, cinnamon, diced peppers, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes to develop flavors.
