- 4 cups water
- 2 cups honey (local, if possible)
- 2 cups passion fruit puree
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon champagne yeast
- 1 tablespoon yeast nutrient
- 1 teaspoon acid blend (optional, for added tang)
- Zest of 1 lime
- Zest of 1 orange
