- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced for garnish
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped for garnish
