ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas (reserve liquid)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of cream of tartar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of mixed berries
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
steps

Preheat oven to 250°F.

Drain chickpeas and reserve liquid (aquafaba).

Whip aquafaba until stiff peaks form.

Gradually add sugar, cream of tartar, and vanilla.

Pipe onto baking sheet and bake for 1.5 hours.

Let cool, then top with berries and mint.
