Vegan Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

Pre-made steak bites get a vegan makeover in this mouthwatering, tofu-based vegan sandwich. With sautéed peppers and onions, melty vegan cheese, and a garlic aioli, this sandwich is a satisfying and cruelty-free take on the classic Philly Cheesesteak.

- 1 package pre-made steak bites (vegan)
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices vegan provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add sliced peppers and onions, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until tender, about 10 minutes.

Add pre-made steak bites to the skillet and heat through.

While steak bites are cooking, mix together vegan mayonnaise and minced garlic to make garlic aioli.

Slice hoagie rolls and place a slice of vegan provolone on each.

Toast rolls in oven or on a griddle until cheese is melted.
