- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 head butter or iceberg lettuce, separated into leaves
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced, for garnish
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, for garnish
