Air Fryer Orange Chicken and Rice

Crispy orange-infused chicken paired with fluffy jasmine rice, cooked to perfection in the air fryer. A flavorful and easy weeknight meal for the whole family.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
