Sizzling Beef Stir-Fry Over Open Flame

- 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 cup bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, cut into fries
- Salt to taste
