- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Steamed rice, for serving
