- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 4 slices keto-friendly bread
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- Fresh basil leaves
- Butter, for grilling

In a bowl, mix chickpeas, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and oregano. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
