A mouthwatering London broil recipe that requires minimal prep and cooks perfectly each time with a well-seasoned marinade and tender flank steak!
ingredients
- 2 lbs flank steak
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a mixing bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt and pepper.

Put the flank steak in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over. Seal and massage the marinade into the meat. Refrigerate for 1-4 hours.

Preheat a grill or grill pan on high for 5 minutes. Brush with oil to prevent sticking.

Sear the steak for 5-6 minutes per side, flipping once, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium-rare.
