ingredients
- 14 lbs Maris Otter malt
- 1 lb Crystal 40L malt
- 1 lb Crystal 120L malt
- 1 oz East Kent Golding hops
- 1 oz Fuggle hops
- 1 pkg English Ale yeast

Mash grains at 152°F for 60 minutes
- 2.
Sparge and bring to a boil
- 3.
Add East Kent Golding hops for 60 minutes
- 4.
Add Fuggle hops for 15 minutes
- 5.
Cool, transfer to fermenter, pitch yeast
- 6.
Ferment for 3 weeks, bottle and age for 6 months
