Beer Brat Extravaganza

- 4 bratwurst sausages
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 12 oz beer of your choice
- 4 soft bratwurst buns
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb baby potatoes, boiled and quartered
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 16 small pretzel bites

In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic until golden brown. Add caraway seeds and cook for another minute.

Place bratwursts in the pot and pour in the beer. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
