- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/3 cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, blended into a puree)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
