Savory Beef Rib Ramen Bowl

- 1 lb beef short ribs
- 4 cups bone broth
- 3 tbsp Korean BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 servings of ramen noodles
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Season the beef short ribs with salt and pepper, then sear in a large oven-safe pot over medium-high heat until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same pot, combine bone broth, Korean BBQ sauce, and soy sauce. Stir to blend.

Return the short ribs to the pot, cover, and braise in the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender.

Once cooked, remove short ribs, allowing them to cool slightly before shredding the meat.

Meanwhile, boil water and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

To serve, divide the ramen noodles into bowls, ladle the broth over, and top with shredded beef short ribs.
