Cajun Crawfish Boil
"Crawfish Boil 1 onion, quartered - lemon, quartered 1 garlic clove, halved - bay leaf 6 cups water - tablespoon salt 2 teaspoons red peppers 2 lbs whole crawfish Tie onion, lemon, garlic, and bay leaf in a cheesecloth bag. Place bag in large Dutch oven, and add water, salt, and red pepper, bring to a boil, and boil 5 minutes. Add crawfish and cook 5 minutes. Drain crawfish, peel and serve warm or chilled."
