- 0.907 lb Briess DME - Bavarian Wheat
- 0.021 lb Hallertau Hops (15 min boil)
- 0.035 oz WLP630 - Berliner Weisse Blend Yeast
- Water (approximately 6 gallons)

Heat 4 gallons of water to 160°F in your brew kettle.

Add the Pilsner and Bavarian Wheat DME to the heated water, stirring until completely dissolved.

Bring the mixture to a boil and add Hallertau hops after 45 minutes of boiling.

Continue boiling for an additional 15 minutes, then chill the wort quickly.

Transfer the chilled wort to a sanitized fermenter and add water to achieve a total volume of 5 gallons.

Pitch the WLP630 yeast into the fermenter and seal with an airlock.

Ferment at a steady temperature between 68°F to 72°F for about 2 weeks.

After fermentation is complete, keg or bottle using priming sugar to carbonate the beer.

Allow the beer to condition for an additional week before chilling.
