Chedary Beef Bomb

Succulent chargrilled beef patty stuffed with creamy white cheddar cheese, topped with caramelized onions, and served on a toasted brioche bun for the ultimate cheeseburger experience.
ingredients
- 1 ½ lb ground beef
- 4 oz white cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lettuce leaves, for garnish
- Tomato slices, for garnish
- Ketchup, optional for serving
steps
- 1.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 2.
Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and shape them into thin patties.
- 3.
Place 1 ounce of white cheddar cheese in the center of 4 patties. Top each with another patty and seal the edges, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.
- 4.
Season the burgers with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 5.
Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
- 6.
While the burgers are grilling, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions, season with salt and pepper, and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally.
- 7.
Lightly toast the brioche buns on the grill.
- 8.
Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun. Top with caramelized onions, lettuce, and tomato slices.
- 9.
Serve the Chedary Beef Bomb with a side of ketchup if desired.
