- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, chives, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the chopped broccoli evenly among the mini muffin cups.

Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli until each cup is about 3/4 full.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of each frittata.
