A savory casserole featuring cheddarwurst, asparagus, and gooey cheese baked with creamy mushroom sauce-infused rice.
ingredients
- 1 package cheddarwurst
- 1 cup Minute rice
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook Minute rice in chicken broth according to package instructions.

Slice and sauté cheddarwurst.

Blanch then chop asparagus.

Mix rice, cheddarwurst, asparagus, soup, half of cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
