Savory cheddarwurst mixed with tender asparagus and creamy minute rice in a cheesy casserole. A satisfying and flavorful dish perfect for a family dinner or potluck.
ingredients
- 1 lb cheddarwurst sausage, sliced
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a skillet, cook cheddarwurst slices until browned. Add asparagus and cook until tender.
