Cheesy Broc-Pretzel Buns

- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast

- 1 cup finely chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- Coarse sea salt, for topping

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and brown sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

Add the flour, melted butter, and salt to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
