Choco-Cherry Mead Chocolate Bread Pudding
ingredients
- 1 loaf of day-old French bread, cubed
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Bearded Tree Choco-Cherry Mead
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
