Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread without Milk
ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins

Combine water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 min.

Add flour, butter, sugar, salt. Knead until smooth.

Let dough rise for 1 hour, then roll into rectangle.
