Classic Salisbury Steak with Rice Binder

- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
