Tropical Shrimp Stir-Fry Medley
ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 2 tbsp Tsang stir fry oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving

Heat the Tsang stir fry oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Toss in the shrimp and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

Add the diced bell peppers and pineapple chunks, stirring frequently for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- 5.
Pour in the sweet and sour sauce, stirring to coat the shrimp and vegetables evenly.
- 6.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes to meld the flavors; season with salt and pepper to taste.
